Chargers, Meachem agree to four-year deal

SAN DIEGO (AP) — The San Diego Chargers had more losses – including star wide receiver Vincent Jackson – than gains for much of the opening day of free agency. Jackson was quick to get out of town, signing a five-year, $55.55 million contract with Tampa Bay. The Chargers also released left tackle McNeill due to a history of neck injuries and to clear cap space.

Dielman retires due to concussion
