Written by The Sports Network San Diego, CA (Sports Network) – The San Diego Chargers placed offensive tackle Marcus NcNeill on injured reserve Wednesday. McNeill started the season’s first nine games at left tackle, but was inactive for each of San Diego’s last two games after suffering a neck injury against Oakland on November 10. The Chargers replaced McNeill by adding Jared Gaither off waivers.
